Why it is different

A stained ceiling tile over a service counter is half an hour of work and a week of looking bad. The difficulty on a trading premises is never the trade — it is getting in, containing the mess, and leaving the floor walkable before the doors open.
So commercial jobs get scheduled around your hours rather than ours, the work area gets sealed off rather than swept up afterwards, and the site is left usable at the end of every shift, not just at the end of the job.
Fully insured — $1M / $2M general liability. A W-9 and a certificate of insurance go out with every signed quote, which is usually what a property manager or a franchise operator needs before anyone can start.

What we take on
Suspended ceilings and ceiling tile
Replacing stained, sagging or water-damaged tile and grid, including over counters and seating.
Drywall and making good
Patching, skimming and repainting after a leak, a knock or a fit-out change.
Painting and decorating
Interiors repainted section by section so the room stays in use.
Flooring
Vinyl tile and plank laid in aisles and seating areas, phased so the space keeps trading.
Doors and hardware
Commercial entrance doors, closers, thresholds and locks.
Inspection before demolition
A camera into a wall cavity to look for mold or damage before anything is opened up — which is often how a small job stays small.
Where it needs a licensed specialist — roof coverings, fire systems, major mechanical or anything requiring a permit we cannot pull — we say so before quoting and refer it out rather than take it on. That is usually faster for you than finding out halfway through.
