Our team

Two names, and you will speak to both of them.

No call center, no account manager, no rotating crew of subcontractors you never met. The person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it.

Jason White

Started the company fifteen years ago with his own tools and no marketing budget, and still runs the work on site.

Operations

JD Alexander Kemp

Runs quoting, scheduling and invoicing — the written quote, the change orders and the paperwork that goes out with them.

What a two-name company changes

The reason to care who we are is that nothing gets handed off.

The quote is written by someone who saw the job

It is set out line by line, with the exclusions written down as well as the work. Nobody is estimating from a photograph and revising it once the van is on the drive.

A change is a change order, not a phone call

If something turns up once a wall is open, it is priced in writing and you decide before the work carries on. That is a habit, not a policy document.

Insurance and paperwork without being chased

Fully insured — $1M / $2M general liability. A W-9 and a certificate of insurance go out with every signed quote.

You are not explaining it twice

The same two people hold the whole job, from the first conversation to the invoice. There is no handover point where the detail gets lost.

The longer version is on the about page.

How the company started, what 15 years across framing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and finishing actually buys you, and the towns we work in.

Tell us what needs doing and we will come out, look at it properly, and put a price in writing.
