There is no trip charge, no call-out minimum and no diagnostic fee anywhere on this list. Coming out and working out what is wrong is part of the job, not a line on the bill, and if a wall turns out to still be wet we come back and there is no charge for the return visit. On a job far enough out to need several days of round trips we will agree a mobilisation figure with you in writing first, or compress the schedule into fewer longer days. We do not add one quietly.
