Packages

Three bundles of the work people ask for together.

Not a menu to buy from — a starting point for the conversation. Every package is quoted in writing after we have come out and looked.

Why there is no price on the package.

Because the same package is a different job in a 1950s ranch and a 2015 build, and anyone who quotes you before seeing it is either padding the number or about to revise it. We come out, look properly, and give you a fixed written price with the exclusions listed. That price is the price unless you change the scope.

Clearing out a garage?

That one is quoted per job. What it costs depends on the size of the garage and how much is in it — a packed two-car and a tidy single are not the same day’s work, and any number we put here before seeing yours would be a guess. Send a photo or two and we will give you a real figure.

Not sure which one fits?

Describe the job in a sentence or two. We will tell you which of these it is closest to, or that it is none of them.
